At JSO Dazzle, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How to Request a Return

1.      Contact Us through our Contact Page with your order number and the reason for return.

2.     Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3.     Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
